Moving Mountains is a BossiRainbow™ textile art series centered on a quilted mountain chess game that invites people to literally move mountains across the board. Blending hand‑dyed and painted textiles, soft‑sculpted game pieces, and oral histories, the series connects present‑day mountain ranges and the people who live in them to their shared roots. It’s an exploration of land, lineage, and the quiet ways we carry our mountain homes with us in cloth and story.
